We conduct after-work sessions every week with different themes to create real-life scenarios, equipped with cameras allowing each profile to realize their strengths and weaknesses. This training is implemented considering that there is no subordinate relationship with the salespeople, who do not work exclusively for our structure. That's why we have developed our own method, adapted to this reality.
