LLinares Immobilier 13008 is the culmination of hard work and an ambitious vision. This location reflects strategic importance for us: situated at the heart of Marseille’s main thoroughfare and close to the Carré d’Or, it embodies our determination to establish ourselves permanently in a key sector of the city. The history of this place is unique. Initially intended to host a pastry shop, it was following their request for layout advice that we had the opportunity to transform it into our head office.
We turned this space into a true architectural project. Formerly an iconic restaurant, we wanted to preserve its history and its volumes while starting from scratch to completely rethink its layout. Supported by DJL Rénovation and David LLinares overseeing construction and layout, we completely renovated this 220 m² space to create an optimized workspace for our activities in the 6th, 8th, and part of the 10th arrondissement. Today, David LLinares has set up his headquarters and main office there, in an inspiring environment that evokes the startup world: an open-space area fostering exchange, complemented by closed offices at the front of the space. At the back, fully glazed offices are dedicated to property management, where our team works daily to support our clients.
Furthermore, LLinares Gestion is headquartered at 4 rue Jean Mermoz, bringing together our accounting, our manager, and DL’s office, thereby ensuring a structured and efficient service.
